  • Concurrent handholding in areas of working capital planning, funds management, monitoring stock statement submissions to banks, shifting of bank facilities wherever required, investor presentation, etc
  • Evolving strategies to enable efficient rotation of stocks, receivables and payables so as to achieve better cash flows and reduction in cost of debt funds and enable more value to investors’ funds.
  • Based on business process study conducted, and analysis of business dynamics, identification of strategies to enable accelerated conversion of receivables into cash, identifying scenarios of internal time delays, optimising manufacturing cycles by prescribing CPM (critical path method, mitigating or avoiding accumulation of non-moving / slow moving inventory – better cash flows can be enabled.
