PKS was empanelled by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India to represent the institute in the IEC ( Independent Evaluation Committee ) meetings as mandated by RBI for vetting large restructuring proposals.

He has also been inducted in to the Board of a listed Pharma Company an Independent Director considering his valuable corporate experience.
